Charging port on job site radio detachment
I received this product for a Christmas present. The company wont do anything about the broken port without a receipt

I received this as a Christmas gift, The associate said there was no other way to charge the unit. He said there was nothing he could do without a receipt, I have several other Tzumi products such as a robot vacuum cleaner.
Makes me and my family wonder if the lower price is really worth it.

Your customer service representative Sean told me I needed a receipt for a gift that was given to my mother over Christmas I've been text email tried calling customer service line and I haven't received nothing no I would not be recommending anybody for this product unless I get my product first the photos attached to this file is all the proof I have it was a gift when do you receive a receipt with a gift unless it's close or something
Preferred solution: I would like to be sent another fitRxpro preferably one that works took out the box charged it turned it on and didn't come on so that's the manufacturing issue I shouldn't have to show proof of that the pictures are enough that I have the product

I purchased the massage gun, charged it for a few hours, and it does not work at all. I didn't even get to use it one time, so I don't know if it works well or not. I'm trying to see if I can send this one back to you all, so that I can get one that works.

no commuciation...from them nothing but silenceand fix the phone issue problem please
I paired my Sound and Play with my tv. When I turn headphones on, sound comes thru the headphones but there is no sound directly from tv. I would like volume to be able to be heard from both tv and headphones at the same time
can u please help before I return these headphones or call me at 815 546 **** since your phone system is no longer working

I cannot use my charger because it does not come with charging instructions. I cannot find any port to plug in an adapter.

It doesn't charge it's not turning on and I was told because I don't have a receipt I can't get a replacement and this was a Christmas gift nobody holds on to receipts anymore this is 2025 I would like a new one set but your representative act like a *** won't let me get it because I don't have a receipt

When I opened up the packaging, the charging cable doesnt fit the charger. I tried their 800 phone number.
The recorded announcement states that number is out of order temporarily.
I wrote to this site and received a response asking for the model and serial number. I forwarded that along with photographs of the charger and the opening on the charger.
Im waiting for them to resolve the discrepancy

This company has failed to honor their 1yr warranty on a icemaker purchased from Walmart less than a year go. The icemaker has 3 months left on the warranty.
After numerous emails, I have received computer generated responses promising response from some in customer service. Phone contact is disabled.

It was working the first time I used it. The battery died and I put it on the charger and it never charged.
I did buy it at biscovs. Since it was working I threw the box out and receipt

Jammed weight
I tried calling phone number on paper that came with weights.
Message said "phone was temporarily closed". Tried website and it was no help.
I even tried the chat service.
Had to google the solution! Poor customer service.
Would be good to have working customer service since this is probably a common problem.

Tuzumi customer service, from what I can tell, doesn't exist.I suspect they're so overwhelmed with inquiries, they give up.
I've tried two cables and two different power supplies.
My chat with Tzumi was going great UNTIL they asked for credit card information, and bill me, to talk with tech!!!
I smell a scam.
